Your safari adventure begins upon pick up from your hotel. On our first stop we reach the glorious monastery of Profitis Ilias – located on the highest settlement of the island.

Your day starts at Perissa, outside our offices. From there we pedal to the historic Windmills of Emporio & the traditional village of Emporio, one of the largest villages in Santorini.
